Return & Refund Policy

At Rarely & Co., we strive to deliver high-quality personalized gifts and essentials that our customers love. If you have any concerns with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Personalized Products

As most of our products are customized and made specifically for you, personalized items (including products with custom names, engravings, photos, or artwork) cannot be returned or refunded unless:

  • The item arrives damaged.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order, as we cannot accept returns due to spelling mistakes or incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once your return or claim is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

Order Cancellation

Orders for personalized products can only be cancelled before production begins.

Once customization or engraving has started, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
